Cecil Chinedum Onyekwere is a Chartered Accountant and Economist with over 8 years of experience in public financial management, treasury systems, and fiscal reforms. He serves as Principal Programme and Research Officer at Mold Treasury Academy, where he leads the development and deployment of Integrated Financial Management Information Systems (GIFMIS/SIFMIS) to strengthen transparency, accountability, and efficiency in government finances. His expertise spans financial accounting, data analytics, budget preparation, IPSAS-compliant reporting, and electronic payment solutions aligned with the Central Bank of Nigeria’s TSA and Payment Vision 2030.
